Recipe: Baked Salmon with Zaatar

With the recent Winter Fancy Food Show behind, now comes zaatar, a blend of thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, usually used in Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine.

I had the chance of using Zaatar Shop's zaatar rub with their baked salmon recipe, tweaking it slightly by adding in lime juice. Do note that the zaatar flavor is mild so you definitely can take this recipe up a notch by adding your favorite chili spice or sauce. This is an easy recipe that has minimal prep time.
