On the Move @ Hong Kong International Airport

Every year, I find myself on an 8-hr layover in Hong Kong. Over those years, I've found utter joy on having a long transit particulary at this airport because of one thing - the food court! I stuff myself with delight on cheap Cantonese food, such as milk tea, ha gao, shrimp wonton noodle soup, and the black sesame soup, which is hard to find even in Chinatowns overseas. The advantage of long transits is that I still have ample time to digest before stepping on a long haul flight.
