Gastronomic Travels: Capetown, Cape Winelands and Zambia (Preview)

Pardon me as I write this with a woozy state-of-mind after coming off a brutal 33-hour flight. Without further ado, here is an introduction of my gastronomic travels in the land of great whites and African bush elephants. Traveling to this part of the world is really all about getting acquainted with game meats, such as kudu (bobotie), ostrich (bolognaise) and wildebeest (pate), and affordable South African wines. Oh, did I mention deep fried mopani caterpillars are also on the menu?
