On the Move @ Shibuya, Las Vegas

Shibuya is a very busy district in Tokyo. Busy is probably an understatement since the major intersection in Shibuya is a sight to behold- its like seeing an army of ants scurrying to get to their destination! Comparatively, the Shibuya found at the MGM Grand is a complete opposite with its ultramodern cool vibe.

If Aria has Bar Masa and Bellagio has Yellowtail, then MGM Grand has Shibuya. In true Las Vegas style, expect high quality designer (not cheap) rolls and Japanese food selection. You can't go wrong with any of their rolls! I even forgot to take a picture of the dragon roll since we were too hungry. My favorite is the crispy crab legs that gave the sushi roll a dramatic presentation and an extra tasty crunch!

Tuna sashimi: wild baby arugula, parmesan, black truffle soy vinaigrette, rice cracker. I never had truffle with tuna sashimi so the combination was a pleasant surprise. The rice cracker also gave it the right amount of crunch.

Lobster and scallop. Too creamy for me, but nonetheless it was evident that the seafood were all fresh!
