I've been avoiding the buffet lines in Vegas since I don't like stuffing myself with not so fresh food. I changed my mind when I learned about Wickedspoon at the posh and modern Cosmopolitan Hotel. They serve small sized tasting plates- just like ordering some tapas. Although there were some hit and misses, overall it is worth the trip, especially the tempting desserts they offered!
