Only in the Philippines...
Only in Cebu, Philippines can you get freshly sinugba/bbq seafood, pork, chicken and puso (aka bisaya hanging rice) during a lunch break from diving. The boat captain is also a pseudo bbf chef! I am amazed by the ingenuity of the Cebuanos when it comes to cooking. They bring a small grill to cook all the raw foods, which by the way are very flavorful and well marinated, while we divers recuperate from our first 45-minute under the sea experience. Not in the photo are the desserts- fresh mangoes and bananas.
Eating and diving are definitely more fun in the Philippines. Also, happy Sinulog. Viva Pit Senyor!
