I'm usually very skeptical on Dine About Town's menu- mainly because I usually get surprised on how (lackluster) the prix fixed menu is. This year, however, I gave Isa, a French Californian fusion restaurant in the Marina, a try for my birthday dinner with very low expectations.

I was not disappointed although I was bummed why the other table got a birthday cake with candle and a birthday song from the waiters while I didn't. I will come back here to try the regular menu.
