I am surprised that this is the nth time I ate at a Banana Leaf restaurant. Are they franchised? I have seen a Banana Leaf in different Asian cities and now at Milpitas, California. All the Banana Leaf restaurants I have been to serve Southeast Asian cuisine although the taste and menu are different from other restaurants. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I did stuff myself at this particular Banana Leaf with lots of prawns and mangoes during lunch time. Glutony alert!
