When You're Feeling Down...

Let's face it. When you're not in the mood to cook or go to a restaurant, your last option is to order in (or starve). The plethora of food delivery options, especially in the urban areas, have changed during the past few years. Chinese food or pizza is no longer synonymous with food delivery thanks to a plethora of startups, some of which have died. The ones that have survived the competitive food delivery market are still going strong as reported here.

Rainy days in San Francisco called for a bowl of ramen and a side of sushi roll. Thanks to Caviar, I didn't have to battle the high winds and rain just go get my go-to meal from Mura (DJ Sushi).

Spicy fried chicken with ramen soup on the background. Still piping hot!

My sushi roll didn't look exactly like the photo on the Caviar app but still is good.

Tip: Order between 2-5 PM, Monday to Friday, and get FREE delivery plus up to 20% off popular menu items! Click link here.

The typical order time is around 45 minutes to an hour depending on the time of order, but if you don't want to wait there are boxed meals that arrive within 15 minutes or so. My favorite on the boxed meals menu is the chicken bowl from Halal Guys. I just needed to reheat it in the microwave.

Happy eating!
